Prize Tournament - Canton of Montagne du Roi (Seaside, CA)
Come and join us as we start the tourney season. MdR will hold a tourney to determine the new champion of our canton, and for the fun of it, all are welcome to join us in the fun. There will be prizes for the winners of the rapier and heavy lists that will keep those lucky fighters warm and stylish on those cold beltane nights. In addition to the prize lists, we will be holding a children tourney. Please bring your child's gear so that all can participate. Our soup kitchen will be serving both meat and vegetarian soups to fortify all during the days activities.
Site Information: Laguna Grande Regional Park in Seaside, CA.
Site open: 10:00 a.m. Site close: 5:00 p.m.
Site Fee: No site fee, though donations will be greatly appreciated.
Directions: Take your best route to Highway 1 south to Monterey. Take the Canyon Del Rey/218 exit and turn left at the light. Continue through two stop lights. On your right (after the Chili's restaraunt) is Laguna Grande park.
