Midsummer Revelry - Canton of Montaigne du Roi (Seaside, CA)

Join us for a day of summer fun, fighting, and crafts as we celebrate the diverse activities of the SCA. Have you ever wanted to try your hand at something new but don't have the equipment?  We will have extra sets of fighting gear (heavy & rapier) for newcomers to the martial arts, pigments and brushes for experimenting with illumination, various fibers to try out spinning and/or weaving, and even a bit of period cooking.  So bring your curiosity and your appetite and join us as we try out something new!

In addition to the period cooking projects the event is also potluck  (first initial A-H: appetizer or snack; I-P: side dish; Q-Z: dessert).  There will also be a BBQ available for grilled items.

Event Hours: 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Site Fee: Free, but donations will be gratefully accepted.

Autocrat: Morgana di Marco Vecchietti
