The smell of bacon (seige cooking on Saturday!!)...the sounds of war (Saturday!!!)...the prize tournament (Sunday morning!!!)...what more could you possibly want for a weekend?! The battlefield is large, the lake is swimmable (fishing permitted with  license) and if you get there early enough there's some shade.  Sunday, His Highness, Jost, has declared that there will be a prize tourney held, open to fighters of all rank and styleThere will be a $5 (minimum) entry fee, with all proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project of California. Prizes will be posted when His Highness returns from  Pennsic.  If you are interested in the seige cooking, contact the Autocrat no later than September 10th.

Site Information:
Site Fee:
$10 for adult members (non member surcharge of $5 dollars more), children under 5 free, family cap of $40.00
Directions:

There are two ways to get to site. The Rock Creek Rd route is HIGHLY recommended.

The other route that will show up on GPS is Mosquito Rd. This route can only be driven by cars and pickup trucks. There is a suspension bridge on this route that you CAN NOT drive anything larger than the size of a pickup truck on. This means NO RVs, trailers, or even the small tow behind trailers.

There will be SCA signs posted on the Rock Creek Rd route ONLY. This is a narrow winding country road. Please use caution and drive carefully. Also remember uphill traffic has the right of way on these narrow roads.

Directions: Make your best way to Hwy 50. From Hwy 50 take the Hwy 49 (Spring Street) turn off.

Stay on Hwy 49 for about one mile. Look for signs for State Hwy 193.

Turn right on Hwy 193 and continue on it for about 3 miles.

Look for signs for Rock Creek Rd. It will be on your right. Stay on Rock Creek Rd for another 10 miles.

You will see the Rock Creek Rd Café. Turn into the café's parking lot and follow signs down to the campground. There will be SCA signs from the Hwy 49 turn off on Hwy 50 all the way through to the campground.
