Hawk's Haven Grand Archery Tourney

Saturday January 20th, 2018
Gilroy, California

Come join the Canton of Hawk's Haven for our Grand Archery Tourney. As an outdoor event, please bring day shades, pop-ups and chairs. This will be a day of archery, games, dancing, food and fun! The day’s activities will include the Grand Archery Tournament including Royal Rounds, the Taste of Hawks Haven and several novelty shoots!

This is a period or historic archery shoot. Please bring your recurve, long or short bow. Compounds will not be permitted. Arrows must be wooden shafts with feather fletching’s. Randal of Camusferna is our archery range master. Scores are eligible for IKAC. This tournament is open to non-members as well.

Grand Archery Tournament: Pre-Registration and Day of Registration available. This year to keep up with the great number of archers who come from all over the West to participate, there will be pre-registration to allow for a quicker start to the tourney! Participants who pre-register will be placed in the first few rounds. Email the autocrat to pre-register.

Members of the Barony of Darkwood may shoot for the coveted "Hood" and become a member of the Baronial Company of Archers. Member of the Great Unwashed may compete with permission from their Excellencies, Brid & Jarod.

As always we will have 'A Taste of Hawks Haven' Period Cooking Competition. Contribute to the bounty of the Taste of Hawks Haven, our annual cooking competition.

This year we will return to the Hout’s Alpaca Farm! This is a working alpaca farm, so this is a no-dogs site. More information can be found at the event FB page:
