Registration

Register through ACCEPS or by mail:

Site Fees:

$75.00 for the full event for SCA members 12 years and older,

$25.00 for one day (not staying on site), either Saturday or Sunday

$5.00 additional for non-members.

Children under 12 are free.

Family cap $200.00

Merchant fee is $25.00 in addition to registration fee.

Pre-register using the ACCEPS system

ACCEPS closes February 6, 2015

Last day for refunds is January 30, 2015

Pre-registrations must be postmarked by January 30, 2015

Download and fill in the form. Enclose a check payable to SCA Inc. Kingdom of the West.

Please use separate forms to register multiple non-related individuals, they may be submitted together with one check.

Registration for the full event includes entrance to the event, meals and overnight accomodations. Day trip fee does not include overnight space. Event registration does not include any additional class fees requested by the instructors.

Bunk space is first come, first taken. If you have questions, or need further information about sleeping accomodations (Quiet or noisy, ADA accessible, preferred roommates), please contact Gwyn ap Llyr
