The Earl Marshal is the chief martial officer of the Kingdom and shall be responsible for overseeing the conduct of all martial arts activities in the Kingdom, including but not limited to: Tournament Lists; Wars, including Combat Archery and related activities such as scouting; Target Archery; Rapier Combat; encouraging the development of safety, chivalry and authenticity upon the field; maintain a file of authorized fighters; and maintenance, publication and enforcement of standards for construction and use of all weapons and armor.
