West / An Tir War (Kingdom of An Tir)

Once again war comes to the peaceful Kingdoms of the West and An Tir. The site is the beautiful battlefield in Gold Beach Oregon.

There will be fighting, lots of fighting. Heavy fighting, rapier fighting, and combat archery. There will be lots of Arts and Sciences, Equestrian and Merchants.

Preregistration: is available through ACCEPS and also by printing out our preregistration form and sending a check or money order payable to SCA West Kingdom.

Equestiran Preregistration:  Please fill out the required equestrian form, and submit per the instructions at the top of the page. 

Merchant Application: Please fill out the merchant application form, and return it to the autocrat.

Land Allocation: to reserve space for your group, please email the autocrat and include the name of the group you are camping with (War unit, Barony, etc.) and list the person organizing for your group.

$30 pre-reg (Accepts) / $40 at-gate Adult, $25 Youth (13-18), $15 Youth (6-13), Children under 6 free, pet $5, with Family cap at $130. Non member surcharge of $5 will apply. Please make checks payable to: SCA Inc. West Kingdom.
Directions: 

Directions from the North: Make your best way to Port Orford, Oregon. Head south from Port Orford on Hwy 101 about 17 miles. Last milepost seen is 316. Turn left towards Coy Creek Rd. Turn right onto Coy Creek Rd. Then turn left onto Euchre Creek Road. Follow road to site, approx 1 mile. NOTE: Be careful of possible congestion at the Coy Creek Rd turnoff.

Directions from the South: Make your best way to Gold Beach, Oregon. Head north out of Gold Beach on Hwy 101 for about 13 miles to milepost 317. Turn Right towards Coy Creek Rd. Turn right onto Coy Creek Rd. Turn left onto Euchre Creek Road. Follow road to site, approx 1 mile. NOTE: Be careful of possible congestion at the Coy Creek Rd turnoff
