Greetings cooks and the cooking curious! The West will be hosting West Coast Culinary Symposium in February 2026 in the San Francisco Bay Area. To spread the love of all things culinary even further, this year we’ve decided to add a day of virtual classes ahead of the in person symposium. Please join us via Zoom for a day of classes, discussions and general food geekery on Sunday November 16th (this event will run in pacific standard time, UTC-8).
