From Her Majesty:
Conversation without Judgement:
Unto the Orders of the Chivalry, Pelicans, Laurels, Rapier/CT, Mark, Sultana Tusya would remind you of the Reign task She had set for each of you.
It is a simple, yet important task: At every event you attend, take your cup and leave your encampment. Go find an individual you either do not know, or know very little of and ask to have a conversation to get to know them better. If you need a conversation starter it could be a simple as: “tell me three positives and three negatives about your experiences in the SCA.”
Take mental notes. Speak to newcomers, and Long time members. Above all Listen and keep judgement out of the process. Take in the information given, process and digest it and relay trends back to your Orders.
