West-AnTir War:
To the Populace of the West, An Tir, and the Known World,
We, Uther and Vera, King and Queen of the West, and Christian and Hélène,, King and Queen of An Tir, send greetings. We have consulted with each other, and our respective seneschals and have come to the difficult decision to cancel West - An Tir War 2020. This decision was not made lightly and is based on the most recent social distancing and shelter in place guidelines and orders issued by local, state and federal agencies and offices. The safety and wellbeing of Our populaces, Our Kingdoms, and the Society remain top priorities for Us.
Thank you to all the event staff who have put many, many hours of service into the planning, and now into the cancelling, of this War.
Site fees for pre-registration that have already been collected will be refunded. The refund process is beginning and should be up and running in the next few weeks. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

Based on recent information and guidelines, We are cancelling all events through July 4, 2020. This directive is in-line with social distancing and shelter in place guidelines and orders issued by local, state, and federal agencies and officials. Be assured that the safety and wellbeing of Our populace, Our Kingdom, and the Society remain top priorities to Us when making these decisions.
We hope to continue to attend virtual events, video happy hours and meetings, and to online classes and demos. We love the support and resourcefulness to remain connected and engaged with others during these difficult times. Please continue to invite Us, and We will continue to attend as We are able.
