If you are not camping, there are hotels in nearby Dunnigan, as well as in Williams.
Parking will be away from camping, so plan to offload and move your vehicles. The road to the camping areas could be difficult to navigate for some of our less mobile members, so please plan accordingly and help out when you can.
Site Rules:
No Ground fires; only contained, attended and above-ground fires with a fire extinguisher within 20 feet are allowed.
THERE IS NO POTABLE WATER ON SITE. Please be sure to bring your own water for drinking and washing.
Pets allowed, must be on a leash at all times. Please be aware that the owner lives on site and does have dogs and horses on the property as well, so be respectful.
Site Fees:
$15 for adult members, 20$ for non-members. Children 17 and under and will be $7, 5 and under are free... NMS does not apply to children.
Family rate: $37 plus any applicable NMS for the adult parents.
Wooden Spoon: Fine White Manchet. This was the fine, white bread of the upper classes. Make a loaf of plain Manchet. Again, no seeds, fruit, fillings, herbs, or other enhancements. What we are looking for is your skill in bread baking, ie. texture, color, loft and quality of crumb and crust. You may use an egg wash to give a sheen to the crust.
Your entry should be accompanied by:
1. Your recipe
2. Period recipe if available
3. A maximum of 500 words documentation
4. About ¼ cup of your starter
And remember, presentation is an important part of any entry.

There is horse camping available, with a myriad of equestrian activities planned. There will be a hose and spigot available in the horse camping area for drinking water for the horses. Please be aware that you will need to bring portable fencing for your animals, though some pipe pen corrals may be available for an additional fee.
Equestrian activities will include a mounted hunt and formation riding on Saturday and Historic Mounted Combat Drills including an Introduction to Mounted Wrestling and Mounted Long Sword. There is plenty of space for portable pens and 12x24 pipe pens or 20x20 electric pens are also available for $25/pen for the weekend. Please reserve a pen with Else by 4/21/13.
Jerry Bestpitch will be providing rental horses for Saturday's activities. He plans to be on-site and ready to match folks up with horses by 8:00 a.m. The cost is $120/horse. We need a minimum of 5 horse reserved by 4/21. Jerry is willing to entertain horse sharing and half-day rentals. Call or email him to make reservations 916-991-9500.
