Join the Barony of Vinhold for All Hallows, a banquet with games and competitions which this year honors the devious minds and nimble fingers of Alchemists and Engineers with feast recipes from the four points of the compass, tested and modified by the baronial food alchemists. Between removes, storm the castle for points and glory with catapults and trebuchets (children will build theirs onsite with supplied kits) of tabletop size with provided baby carrot projectiles. Challenge your mystical colleagues for best Alchemist in the cordial contest. Harness wind and water to earn the title of best period Engineer in two divisions, edible subtleties and mechanical models, entries to be judged by feast guests following presentations by contestants. Annual competition will be held to select the Bard of Vinhold for 2013-14. During the feast, an ongoing silent auction will be held of period-relevant materials, resources, products, or services to fund baronial educational activities, donations welcome, including any donated Engineer model entries.
