12th Night Coronation

Come join The West Kingdom in celebration of the season. Scheduled activities include: A&S Competitions, Laurel's Prize Tourney, a fabulous performance by the Golden Stag Players, a Middle Eastern Casbah, the Duchesses Ball, and shopping, shopping, shopping! Merchants: Please contact the Merchant Coordinator (see below) to reserve space. Merchant fees are due with appropriate paperwork prior to the event to reserve space. Deadline to reserve is 12/28/15.

Tickets will be available for purchase by check or cash at many upcoming events.

For tickets by mail, please contact the autocrat, or check the Facebook site for more information. PLEASE make checks payable to "SCA-Kingdom of the West" and include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please list who the tickets are for and include an email address for confirmation. Envelopes must be post marked by 12/28/15. Those purchasing tickets by this date will be eligible for the bountiful gift-baskets raffle to be held at the beginning of the Duchesses Ball.

Adult Members $20, non-members $25
Minor, age 13 - 17, $15
Minor, age 12 and under, FREE
Family Cap $40.00

Note: Non-member surcharge does not apply to minors because their site fee is discounted.

Two ways to make Room Reservations to receive the rate provided for SCA. Be sure to make your reservation before the ‘Cut-off’ date of Dec 28, 2015 - do not wait to make your reservations.

2) Call 925-827-2000 or 1-800-826-2644 and ask for the Society for Creative Anachronism. Provide the arrival date and departure date.

 

Make sure the group code is “SCA” when making on-line reservations. The group rate is $109 per night and we will be given a half price parking rate of $7.50/day. If you book using a different rate (i.e. AAA) please make sure to note the room is for the SCA 12th Night Event.
