Join us for Archery Practice in beautiful Yolo Grasslands County Park. Practice does NOT occur during Kingdom or Cynagua events, major holidays.
Practices are held at the Yolo Bowmen Club archery range within the park. There is a $5 range use fee (paid to the Club).
Please contact the Minister of the Bow — IvartheOld@westkingdom.org — 707-514-5142 — to confirm that practice will happen before coming and to receive directions to the specific practice site in the range, which might change for different practices.
Cynagua loaner gear can be made available at practice – but only if prior arrangements have been made with the Minister of the Bow.
*Alternative practices/lessons with loaner gear might be arranged if schedules allow.
Yolo Grasslands Park (30475 CR 104, Davis CA 95616)
Do NOT use GPS with the address. It does not send you to the right place. Use 'Mace Blvd. at Tremont Road'.
Take Interstate 80 to Davis.
From the East: Exit at Mace Blvd. and turn left at the light onto Mace.
From the West: Exit at Mace Blvd and turn left at the light onto Chiles Road, then turn right onto Mace Blvd.
Proceed 4 miles south on Mace Blvd. Where Tremont Road meets Mace Blvd, turn left into the parking lot.
