Cynagua Summer Investiture

Their Highnesses of Cynagua, Eibhear and Catherine, invite the populace to the Investiture of Their Heirs, the Lord and Lady of the Swan!
 
A sumptuous feast will be cooked by Baronesses Haley and Olivia.
Feast Tickets: Feast will be $10 per person, this does not include your site fee.

A middle English feast with French musings

Apéritif
These will be available throughout the day
Fruit infused water
 
First course
- Cheese plates
- Baked brie en croûte: Local fruits served with baked cheese
- Seasonal berries and fruit manipulations
- Local honey with mustard
- Nuts and dried fruit
 
Main course
Pork loin three ways
  • Porcs Braisés à la mode de Caen - Braised pork in a rosemary mustard sauce
  • Porcs Rôti - Rolled and stuffed loin overflowing with garlic, bacon, thyme and oregano
  • Porcs Cocotte - Pork coated in duxelles and wrapped in puff pastry (Duxelles is a minced mushroom, herb and butter mixture)
From the garden
  • Mushrooms Sauce Blanc - Mushrooms sautéed in a white wine butter sauce with herbs
  • Onion and Shallot Salad - Herbed vinaigrette, onions, shallot and fresh cheese
  • Garlic Foules - Garlic, bacon and cheese layered together
 
Third course
- Roasted Chicken - Rubbed in cumin and spices in cream sauce
- Pickled Vegetables - Local vegetables brined with garlic, bay and dill. May include (but not limited to): Green beans, beets, onions, cucumber, carrot, and asparagus
 
Fourth course
- Poisson en Papillote - Baked fish with herbs and butter
- Lemonwhyt - Lemon rice with almonds
 
Dessert course
Each dessert will be served with a side of cream
- Almond tart - Baked golden brown topped with almonds
- Fruit tart - Local fruit to be determined baked in a golden crust

$10 adult members, $15 non-members, $5 minors 5-17; 5-under free. Family Cap of $40.

From Bay Area/West: Take your best route to I-580 East towards Stockton/Livermore. Keep left onto I-205 E toward Tracy/Stockton. Take ramp onto I-5 N. Take exit #461/CA-120/Manteca/Sonora onto CA-120 E. Take the CA-99 S/Modesto/Fresno exit onto CA-99 S. Take the Crows Landing Road exit onto Crows Landing Rd. Turn left onto E Service Rd. Turn left onto Cornucopia Way.

From Sacramento/North: Take your best route to 99 South. Follow 99 South towards Fresno, take the Crows Landing Road exit onto Crows Landing Rd. Turn left onto E Service Rd. Turn left onto Cornucopia Way.
 
From Fresno/South: Take your best route to 99 North towards Sacramento. Take exit #220/Mitchell Rd onto Mitchell Rd. Turn left onto E Service Rd. Turn right onto Cornucopia Way.
 
From East: Take CA-140 West. Take ramp onto CA-140 W, CA-99 N toward Sacramento. Take exit #220/Mitchell Rd onto Mitchell Rd. Turn left onto E Service Rd. Turn right onto Cornucopia Way.
