As we return from the Celebration of the ascension of King Miles and Queen Ariela to the Western Thrown, We begin our march to War to fend off the Prince Antonii of the Mist who wish to make Cynagua lands his and his Heirs. We will meet on the boarder of our two principalities at San Luis Reservoir. After we drive those who would dare claim our lands as their own back to the salty spray from which they came, our thoughts will turn to Heirs of our own.
We have a fun event planned for our Coronet Tournament weekend this year.
To start we shall have games on the Eric Saturday morning and afternoon. Saturday evening shall be a Potluck dinner court (very informal) that shall break down into a party on the Eric complete with Drums and Belly dancing (Casaba) so bring your best dishes and tasty drinks as well as your spirit to dance.
In addition, we shall also have the Bard of Cynagua completion that will take place in the Royal pavilion.
Sunday we shall have our Coronet Tournament Her Highness and I have chosen a format for our Coronet Tournament. The First 3 rounds shall be fought standard West Kingdom conventions. Starting in the fourth round, and each round that follows including finals, each fighter must fight in a different fighting style than they did in the previous round. We do this as it is our belief that we should all be proficient in more than one style of fighting. During the Coronet Tournament, there shall be several other activities going on including a salon hosted by the Princess.
That evening we shall celebrate the victor of the tourney and our new heirs with more dancing and Drums on the Eric.
Monday there shall be the Princesses tea and for all those unbelts who have not yet gotten their fill of fighting, we shall have the Lord Defender This is a very special position as the winner is second in command of the Cynaguan army in times of war.
It should be a Fun Filled Event please come join us.
