Section 8.2 Council of the Exchequer
The Council of the Exchequer shall consist of the Sovereign and Consort, the Kingdom Seneschal, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and may include the Royal Heirs, if there are heirs.

Regalia meeting (and any other Council of the Exchequer business) after general meeting.
Section 8.3.2 Royal Commission for Regalia
There shall be a Royal Commission for Regalia. Its duties are ... The Commission shall consist of the Sovereign and the Consort, the Minister of Arts and Sciences, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and the Royal Regalia Minister.
If you are a Great Officer, please come to the meeting or send a Deputy. Please send your report in advance. Please use the report form (email seneschal@westkingdom.org if you don't have the form)
If you are a Lesser Officer, please send a report through the great officer you serve with, or through the Seneschal if you are "independent." Please use the report form (email seneschal@westkingdom.org if you don't have the form) You are welcome but not required to attend. If we have any questions and you are not present, we may call or message you during the meeting.
The Populace is welcome to attend, but comments from the floor will be limited to keep the meeting on task.

There are parking spaces at the clubhouse, and some marked "guest" off of Holland Dr. DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET and please carpool if you can.
The Clubhouse (1888 Holland Drive, Walnut Creek CA 94597)
From Highway 680 in Walnut Creek, take the Treat Boulevard/Geary Road exit and go west on Geary for 1.3 miles. Turn left at Camino Verde, go 0.4 miles and turn right at Cayucos Drive/Holland Drive. At the yield sign, turn left and continue on Holland Drive, the clubhouse will be on the right.
