In the Principality of Cynagua, at this most wondrous time of year, Their Highnesses Heinrich von Melk and Else Hünrvogt wish to call a gathering of the populace of Cynagua and the Kingdom of the West. Come make merry, and bear witness to the Investiture of their rightful heirs, The Lord and Lady of the Swan, Ragnar Walerichsson and Brynhildr Mardardottir.
On this Day there will be many actives and competitions planned, Arts and Sciences, Copper Spoon, Needle Workers Guild, Dirty Dozen, Leather Illuminations, Youth Activities and a grand feast to honor our new Royals.
Special note: Opening court will be at 9:30 AM
PayPal will be available for this event as a preregistration for the site fee only, credit card payment is anticipated to be available at the event gate as well.
Preliminary Menu:
First course (on table)
Pork and dried apple sausage, fresh cheese, apples, pea hummus with dill and horseradish, rye crackers and butter;
Second course
Soup of chicken stock, smoke fish (trout or salmon) and watercress with oat cakes;
Third course
Roast boneless chicken with fennel and dried cherries, Barley pilaf with onions and bacon, sweet and sour root veggies (carrot/turnip/rutabaga with honey and vinegar, oat flat bread and butter;
Fourth course
Roast pork with cumin and garlic, oatmeal and hazelnut pilaf/porridge, fried cabbage;
Dessert
Skyr with honey and assorted fruit

**At the light, turn left onto East Street. Just past the rice mill, turn right onto Kentucky Ave. Take the first left turn onto Palm Ave. The lodge is the big white building on the left, with a big blue square and compass on the front. There is parking behind the building.
Carpooling is suggested due to limited parking availability.
