9 am: Introduction of riders and archers to the gallery.
EQ Champion List to be judged by Queen Vera
Phase A: Precision pattern. Pattern will be available the day of the competition.
Phase B: Lance, Sword and Javelin/Archery Games
Optional Phase C: Work-off of top Candidates at the discretion of the Crown.
Not before 11 am: Sponsored Challenge course TBD. Participants will nominate the Most Inspiring Rider. Token for the Most Inspiring Rider.
Not before 11 am: Archery Championship finals
Lunch break: We can gather together in the shade and refresh!
Afternoon Activities

Not before 12:30: Archery continues if necessary.
2 PM Court (possibly 2:30 to allow for untacking and cooling out the beasts).
Rental horses are available: $150 each for Saturday evening to Sunday evening. If interested, please PM as soon as possible, but no later than the weekend before the event.
Camping is encouraged for Equestrian Champion riders Saturday evening September 25th. Others are also welcome to camp Saturday evening.
Pipe pens for horses are available for $20 – first come, first served. Contact the event steward to reserve in advance!
